You must bring the following to your appointment:
- 1. Your Aviation Document Booklet or photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport.
- 2. A list of any medications you are taking.
- 3. Glasses or contact lenses, if you require.
- 4. A letter or report issued by an optometrist detailing your prescription.

There is no straightforward answer due to the many variables. In order to revalidate your aviation license, you need to have done specific medical tests within a time frame that can be from 6 months to 5 years.
